Here's how to block matchmaking servers in different regions, both manually and using matchmaking server picker by maddada. The ip adresses used are also collected by maddada, so awesome work by him!

The link to the matchmaking server picker is:

The Ip adresses for the different regions are the following:
Dubai -
Russia -,,,
Vienna -,
Luxembourg -,,
US East -,,
US West -,
SE Asia -,,,
South Africa -,,,,
Australia -
South America -,,
India/New Delhi -,,
US SouthWest -
US SouthEast -;
Asia -,;
Poland -,,,
Japan -,,

When entering the ip adresses manually you have to do it one ip address at a time or with one ip address range at a time unless you add them through commandprompt. I didn't show you how to do this because you might not get a feeling for what you really do if you just enter a command. But if you want to add the ips using commandprompt the command is: netsh advfirewall firewall add rule name=??? dir=out action=block protocol=any remoteip= pastethe ip adresses you want to block here.
